Simply put, it’s about what you have to offer to a community, than the other way around. One’s needs are important and one should be clear about them and able to communicate them freely, concisely and directly. However, if your level of Personal Responsibility is such that you first look to whether or not you can meet the needs, the requirements for living in Community, with a high-level regard for the wellness of others, conscientious about others and how you might affect them with your own energy – thoughts, feelings, approaches, methods, etc. then you can determine if it warrants considering where you might be of value to it.
In giving, true giving which is giving what someone wants, not what we think them to want, the reciprocal energy is of getting back and it tends to happen like Magic – seamlessly. This goes for whether you’re working in a group, or out buying postage stamps. Come from the heart, with great spirit, and look for those that do the same and it falls into place. Challenges may arise; stay in compassion, act from honor and Love, and you will have the greatest chance for peace as the outcome.
