With so many of the world’s growing climates right here on this Maui island, a statistic not many areas of the world can claim, it is an added reason to host tours to some of our working farms here.  Our learning and experience of farms is exponentially enhanced with these tours, and we get to commune with some of the world’s most knowledgable growers of food and cultivators of the soil, as well as some of the gentlest handlers of the Earth. It is an honor to be welcomed onto the piece of  land the Earth has chosen them to steward, and they are equally as enthusiastic and honored to speak to you about their crops, approaches, projects and plans.
