In looking back on our work completed, food sources planted and orchards implemented, and our food and building sources yet to be put in the ground, it might be appreciated that on this property the first task is to clear land, assisting trees to come down on this forested acreage using only chainsaws and an iron bar. A challenging task, in particular on the steep hillsides, where careful footing is the foundation of the safety we are vigilant about ensuring. The result is added great food potential on otherwise considered unfarmable land.
